BoC are very special, i think you won´t find anything that is exactly like them. however, i think Orbital are very innovative and psychedelic, too. they have many excellent tracks, my favs are: The Girl with the Sun in her Head; The Box; Petrol; Are we here?; Otono; just to name a few.

I agree with GrumblinYokel: i think the genre is generally referred to as electronica

I've heard this song before, only it had some weird singing chorus thing at the beginning. I get weird versions of songs a lot. I searched Limewire for "Peacock Tail" and I got some song that wasn't even by BoC! It sounded cool though.
