i'm in ken no sen, but youre right it doesnt particularly teach flips. but there once was a kinda special lesson and the teacher was trying to teach us to do the butterfly twist. afterwords i tried practicing and im nearly there :)

yeah, after all martial artist are human beings and people expect us to be something else. so to protect his self and the other guy he has to back up. i mean the ego is a double bladed saber. if he gets tagged he looses face and if he goes all out it makes him out to be a jerk. so he doesnt at all, in the end its do or do not. you dont play with a loaded gun? you dont play with kung fu. he definately has my respect!
