  • hi is good man

  • Thank you for sharing

  • I actually think you have some points in what you are saying, though it takes more than just that..

  • WHERE'S RAMBO?!!!!!!!

  • ALL BEINGS IN THE UNIVERSE BE FREE!! FREE FROM FEAR!!

  • this isn't just a film -- it's an experience

  • Does anyone have a close up picture of a monk suit? The one they use on rainy days and their normal ones

  • this is such an intense film. aung sang su kyi is the strongest person in the world, it's amazing to see what so many people will give for her.

  • Hmm starting to get what happens when you take guns from civilians

  • Shame on you CHINA!

You are always protecting the real cruel ones like Myanmar Junta & North Korean leaders.

How could you support this animal-like manner to the Buddhist monks.

How could you oppose the ones who try to stop the nuclear weapons by the North Korea?

  • this movie was amazing. For those who value the truth, it was definitely essential.

  • I'am Mexican American and were facing that in this country with Arizona. I hope those people get a strong Guerrilla leader to take the power back. God bless to these people.

  • A commendable work!!! His first lines... that people are forgetting my country.... just to the let the world remember Burms still exists and the exemplary endeavours for peace are still under effect.

  • Merecía el Oscar.

  • this documentary shows just how brutal a regime can be

  • brings tears into my eyes

  • One of the best documentary I have ever seen. Amazing that generals can suppress a hole nation. I hope the movie will help to put focos on the Burma

  • My favorite documentaries of 2009:

    1. Burma VJ

    2. Anvil! The story of Anvil

    3. The Cove

  • Glad to know that Burma VJ is up for Oscar nomination for best feature Documentary.

  • Looks awesome!! where can we watch this movie?

  • @biagoespro It's posted already here in youtube with parts ...

  • Yes, thanks to economic sanctions the junta has a tighter grip than ever . Ordinary Burmese go with out food and jobs. If sanctions where lifted, this would be the biggest threat and challenge to the Junta. These films whip up emotional hysteria and get lots of attention at film shows. - very nice. They do nothing to improve the political and economic situation in Myanmar. Lifting sanctions against Myanmar would eventually undermine and eradicate the current political regime. Boring film though.

  • @rickwood65 I actually think you have some points in what you are saying, though it takes more than just that..

  • cant wait for this film ...

  • great film!!
