Some of the gamerpoints in the achievements are effed up. Sightseer is only 5G, while Half Million is worth 55G. That achievement is almost impossible not to get by the end of the game. It's a giveaway.

@MrFootball1698 Well for me I got it a bit after Three Leaf Clover. But by the end of the game it's nearly impossible not to have gotten $500,000. You get that money from doing Three Leaf and the ending alone, and the money from the other missions means you'll be at atleast a million in the end.

Guys I have a announcement, if you killed somebody in the story line like Ivan you can't get the achievement or trophy ( like the 5 friends achievement) but you will get the percentage you need 4 100%

@VCPD101 no man, i actually killed both of the guys in the storyline, therefore not meeting them in the random list, but i still got the trophy, i guess R* was smart and knew what they were saying when they said meet all RANDOM characters, it's only the people that u havn't seen b4! :)

@VCPD101 Wrong, any characters who may or may not be killed aren't required. I killed Ivan and Clarence and still got the achievement. You only need to meet characters whose fate you don't control.

@dombaglivo yes, for example, Eddie Low only appears at night, Some characters only appear after beating certain missions like Badman who appears after the mission "Shadow". I don't know the exact time they appear except Eddie Low's.
