Every time either boxer hits the floor, the manager ( i guess?) slams his hand on the canvas. I swear they are slamming their hands so fast it looks like they are beating off xD

Drago was a beast in this game. Couldn't beat him either. HOTDAMN! That round 6 knockdown was straight out of the movie. BOOYAH!!! *THUD*.

Unbelieveable! So many close rounds, and Drago almost got up in the end right there. Awesome fight. I still cannot beat Drago to this day.

Is Daniel T using some sort of rapid-fire controller? It seems like Mickey's hands are moving extremely fast when Rocky is knocked down.

I would like the bottoms of my palms (just the first 2 knuckles) and slide them back and forth really fast to get Doc so excited about getting rocky up. I got callouses from doing this, and still never beat Drago. Also, acing all the training helps.

Yes he is, and this is they key for beating Drago, more specifically because it is the only way of over qualifying (7punches/sec) on the 2nd training, before Clubber Lang.

This training allows Rocky to punch faster, landing the strong blow after the jabs. Without this training, it simply impossible to trade punches with Drago, he hits you just before you try to use a strong blow.

what a rare sight Drago crying after a fight! nice job though, this was a pretty tough game to play when you think about the limitations of movement in the ring.

I agree, the graphics in this game are by far the best that the system has to offer. The music could have been better though, it lacks the Rocky theme for the added inspiration and the "eye of the tiger".

As for Mr. Drago, I am hoping that future videos will tarnish whatever legacy he had as a formidable final opponent. In my opinion he is as dead in the game as Apollo was in Rocky IV.

Thank you for your kind words, JWHITT611 :). You're right, no turbo controller was used. I play for real, because that is the best way to obtain a "real challenge" and to prove that any game is actually beatable.

Drago has been put to sleep even faster since this video, so you can expect to see some more "amazing" things in the future :).

I never really could figure out Drago though. I remember knocking him down once or twice the most in any time I have played the game period. I also remember one time I just ran from him and kept up my jab to keep him away but that didn't help. We actually went about 9 rounds and did no damage to each other.

Cool. Yeah, the jab is a great punch to keep Drago at bay and also helps to set him up along the ropes. The fact the you scored a couple of knockdowns is a sign that you were on the right track.

The first time that I ever beat Drago was by decision and only one knockdown was scored in the 7th. Without maximum training, he is obviously trickier, but the jab really does work wonders if used properly.

Thanks, kiertheproducer! Drago didn't get lucky in Round 6 though, I got Rocky off to a bad start and it eventually caught up with him.

A much more convincing KO of Drago will be uploaded in the future, similar to how he was knocked out in the movie, except in much less time.
