@keaverkite Tyron is right. Akuma actually canonically) did it. He started the shun goku sattsu on Ryu basically stopped it at the first punch. Scarred him though. What you see in the opening sequence is Ryu giving himself over fully to the murderous intent, in the process ripping his gi apart.

@jaiminhas they wont be avalible for the 3ds. and capcom executives have cancled the dlc. Which means they are goin to yet again, re-release it on hard disc. capcom says they have no plans on officialy releasing the arcade boxes to other countries, but the arcade boxes japan are already programed with multiple different langauge menus and voice acting is also there for multiple langauges, so they are deffinitely cock-teaseing us.
