@rosyshalice Thanks for your concern, she is just fine! It's not as bad as it looks, she's been having a rash so I shaved her where she was itching and scratching, and the collar is there to unable her to nibble on the rash... But we've been to the vet and I am treating the rash with a medical shampoo and conditioner combo, and it's almost gone now. :)
