Does anyone have any idea who holds the copy wrights for that song? I see T.C Neal is who wrote it but is it now part of PD?

@BflatBluegrass John C. Neal wrote the song and Stamps-Baxter Publishing Co. published it in 1941. He was the pastor at my church for 20 years.
