I'm not a bills fan or anything but this kids a LINEBACKER through and through, and an all around tough S.O.B. Just look at his face in the vid. Not only is he in for a big year (even though he got a little hurt early) he's in for a big contract at the end of the year. Teams will be chomping at the bit to try and sign Pos, who'd be a great addition to any organization.
