You are making it sound like a big deal. Even though there are indeed cheerleader competitions, there are nothing close to football or mma practices; worse yet, actual games. You ask us to lift people for six hours, I dare you deadlift 300 pounds or bench press 400 lbs. Don't get me wrong, cheerleading is complicated but not as exhasting and demanding as collision sports. Yeah, I believe you you can practice for six hours but I assure you that if you get cracked you will be sored for days.

yeah man no offense but go lift a girl up is ok yeah it may seam easy but try this lift a girl tumble dances do pyramids trow basket tosses jump yell all in 2:30 minutes and if that is easy for you try making it all look as easy as we do try to cheer then talk because i have done it all and cheer is the hardest of it all

@ItachiSummerJutsu cheerleading is now the most dangerous female sport. I fell 10 feet from a stunt once and came really close to breaking my neck.btw most cheerleaders are very muscular or small(flyers). I'm 15 and 85 lbs. Let me see you throw a girl over your head or tumble and stunt for a continuous 2 hour game. We work a lot harder than the athletes playing the games themselves.
