Hi,

did you have any issues with infinity focus? I've been using M42 mount primes with my 60D and have only been able to use them for Mid shots and close ups but no landscape shots. Are you using a particular adapter? Cheers

@Liam12491 Hi - I haven't had problem, but it all depends on two things:

- EOS to M42 adapter might be too think, so try different (I bought the cheapest Ebay one with chip), or try to sand it

- it is usually possible to adjust focus on lens. Many lens I have are also able to focus beyond infinity and they tolerate different adapters.

nazdar Milan, velmi dobre video, dobrý nápad a výborne zostrihané do rytmu hudby... mám taktiež EOS 500D a rozmýšlam že niečo by som skusil... no mám ho len pár týždnov a stále sa len učím na nom... ukázal si mi že sa dá nahrať krásne video...

PS: zaostroval si manuálne.. že?

PS1: nahrával si na max rozlíšení na 1920x1080 pri 25 Fps, alebo 1280x720?

@weberromankoko Nazdar - Dik. Zaostrovanie manual, 500D to velmi dobre na auto nevie, a aj tak nato nemam objektivy - m42 skla davaju super vysledky.

Vacsinou 720p@30, pretoze 1080p ma iba 20fps, a dost sa prejavuje chyba v obraze pri pohybe (to natahovanie). Teda 1080p pouzivam iba na staticke zabery.

Tak drzim prsty pri natacani :)

Excellent cinematography. Bokeh on the Flektogon looks great. Really enjoyed the bubbles shot as well.

@drazvrabic Hi, I used mostly Carl Zeiss Jena Flektogon 20mm 2.8, then Canon 50mm 1,8 for bridge shots, CZ Jena Sonnar 135mm 3,5 for bubbles, and Albinar 500mm F8 for moon shot.

Cmon next time dont put too much blur effect in your movies..i watch till 42 seconds.then i stopped.i said.. "damn..this blur it too much"!!!..

Ha :) I liked it when received camera, but I promise, in the next video, there will be much less of bokeh present.

However, it has something to do with youtube compresion, as original video file is quite sharp on details, here details are gone blured and most of video is just a mess... So what can I do about it..
