@lawrencecobain93 The amazing thing with this song is that Fogerty seems to have composed the blackest song ever. I mean, CCR version is legendary, but i've heard several covers with a more gospel or bluesy touch than Fogerty's swamp rock inclination, and it always sounded awesome, like it was a negro spiritual from the beginning. I remember ayo on french TV singing it with lucky peterson, it was really great.

@ChibreVeineux Thats one of the things ive always admired about ccr. Their songs have been covered so much that some people dont even know the original version :P anyway, theyre a great band, an inspiration for the generations to come and so is tina turner. I just like rock n roll better :)
