This Chef is using steel spoon on Teflon coated pan, This is not allowed in cooking process. He need to use wooden spoon here. Teflon gets scrubbed by metal spoon and when it gets into food it causes permanent joint pain.

its not grill.....we should called it pan fried.....lolz
