you need to have your own projector and PC. It comes with a camera, setup software, a laser pen and an annotation software.

You can do this same exact thing with a Wii remote, Homemade IR pen, and a free software you can download online for free. Just saying its kind off expensive and worthless, not even a real smartboard.

yea their doing the same thing at mine, (T.C. Williams High School, Alexandria, VA), I think that VA schools are doing that a lot because I have some cousins in New York and Minnesota and their schools aren't doing it. They haven't even heard of anything from Smart Technology.

You are absolutely right, but it's not too difficult to annotate a presentation - circle, hightlight, underline.

RF mouse works like a mouse in relative coordinates. It is hard to annotate on the screen. The View Touch uses laser and camera to work in absolute coordinates. There is an aiming light on this laser pointer to help aiming. Besides, you can use this laser pointer as a touch stylus to touch the screen and activate mouse function.
