  • This is an awesome exercise for your feet, ankles, calves, and knees. I do it pretty often. Whenever I get a real good burn I'll be like yeah swiss ball was it good for you too?

    but they are also often the kind of people you see woddleing around with flabby disproportinate physiques and lower back problems later in life. lol
