I don't think the white powder on the face is "cocaine", as much as it is them trying to be human projection screens. That's why they are wearing all white, trying to blend in to the background, so naturally they want their faces to be part of that concept. It doesn't take being on coke to think "we should be human projection screens" although, I don't think it wouldn't help.
