I always wished they had ended The Bionic Woman with Steve and Jaime getting married instead of having it happen twenty years later. Perhaps it would have happened if The Bionic Woman had been given an additional season or two. Oh, well.
Good video, the funny thing is this Bionic Woman episode is an exact copy of an earlier 6 Million Dollar Man episode. If memory serves me correctly, Oscar Goldman was the target in the earlier episode and Rudy Wells was the target in this episode. The writers must have been hurting for ideas to make a carbon copy episode.
@flint55 As you've most likely gotten the Six Mill dvd set, you already know this BW episode was a carbon copy of that first season SixMill story. Dialogue was practically lifted line for line. The reason I heard was BW was rushed into production so quickly they were pressed for time and used the earlier episode for source material. Using stock footage was the earlier SixMill episode also saved on time and money.
@HerrEllsworth No I do not have the dvd set. The scary thing is I recall as a little kid watching this BW episode and getting a feeling of deja vu and then figuring out I had seen this eposide a few years before on the SMDM. Thanks for the additional info.
