  • ohh my god i love that accen in that babe she can talk all day i listen

  • This jewish women is HOT !!!!!

  • This will better the lives for the people of Israel. The country of Israel will become prosperous once the electric car industry is put in place.

  • Not at all. One of the most advanced country in the world... Much more advances than all Arab countries. Long life Israel...

  • Well its a palo alto start up, so I guess its american. but shai agassi was born in israel (though he moved to the states)

  • Israel have the second highest percent of inventions and padents after United States,

and more than Japan, China, Canada, France, Germany....

  • No, screw you, looser.

  • Is Better Place really an Israeli company??

  • Actually no. It's based in the USA, but the founder and CEO is Shai Aggasi, an israeli guy, so obviously Israel playes a good role in this.

  • @besonix All of the founders are Israeli, and the first focus is Israel.

It is basically Israeli, it just has a headquarters in the USA.

  • @besonix the R&D center is in Israel, the majority of the Funding comes from the Israeli government basically the offer group. the HQ in the us is there due to tax and political reasons, and due to the fact that its much easier to patent and to protect those patent in the US(and the rest of the world) if you are registered in the US. Thats why most israeli companies register in the US, and most of them put their HQ or "main" office there while keeping the R&D in israel.

  • @magicdrew Yes, it is.

  • He is asking for competition. How is asking for competition, monopolizing?

  • you do not have to use their infrastructure, there are going to be other suppliers. so you can pick and choose who you want to use. They only want to be the first not the only. The important thing is that this is acutaly going to happen in the next 10 years and not 50. hybrids are good but they still use petrol. oh btw how is he going to raise the prices if he is bound by contract to lower them? and even if he does, all you need to do is change your provider.

  • I'm pretty sure you can charge the batteries at home. And I don't see why off-brand companies wouldn't manufacture cheaper batteries, the way they do with car parts.

Battery swapping is just an added convenience for electric car owners. This company is putting a lot on the line to provide it. If they succeed, they've earned it.

  • @biodcel You do know that charging is part of your electric bill, right?...

  • I find it very attractive that somebody intelligent and good looking is a little nervous - still a human being

  • she seemed nervous

  • What a babe!

  • The cell phone industry developed the batteries that make electric cars possible.

Now we see the same marketing plan being used to sell the product.

    Thing is, it all works!
