  • heh. whores in suits.

  • I like this man, he talks slowly, clearly and looks warm and personable- he makes me feel valued.

  • You are a knob.

Without agencies some workers would find it impossible to earn any sort of income. Take seasonal pickers/packers/sales/admin workers, etc. Businesses don't like to employ these directly because it is not cost effective for insurance, PAYE, NI, etc. Learn about it instead of making stupid comments.

  • the art of bakshis,,,,,KICKING BACK serious cash bux,,,,,,,or sharing in one's good fortune with your BENEFACTORS, can win you bids, jobs, anything you want in life.

  • I've been doing this since 1999 and things aren't as simplistic as appears in this vid. IT takes long time to get contracts inked and it doesn't appear HR truly appreciates the kingly sum we save in search firm fees given HR always tries to low ball the hourly rate. I even saw ads on C/Bldr for 15 - 20. hour which is laughable... Norm range is 50.00-80.00 Many of us are thinking of going back to search firms, it doesnt make cents to do otherwise.

  • when was this made, 1985? what an archaic piece of shit

  • I thought it looked from the 80s too, till I saw the plasma screen TV at 2:34 ;)

  • This movie is somewhat patronizing and condescending. Way to take a simple concept and protract it to include redundancies and simple facts. I agree with Roxiedice, "recruiters" find the candidates to generate a pool of potential individuals. Then, the "selection" process begins, which includes either a formal or informal assessment procedure to estimate the employee's potential to succeed in the specific position. This part of the process is not performed by the "recruiter."

  • Nice host. Sounds like he/she needs more hormone therapy. Tell it to layoff the lucky strike cigarettes. Note to dipshit in tie...companies don't hire contract recruiters to manage resume flow from job postings. They pay you contract dollars because you know how to recruit passive candidates from a variety of sources which develops a solid candidate pipeline of performers. Crawl back under your raock with that shemale you recruited to host the interview segment.

  • "Note to dipshit in tie...companies don't hire contract recruiters to manage resume flow from job postings"

Incorrect. Firms often use recruiters to sift through cv's and application forms in order to obtain a short-list of candidates. The end process of final interview and job offer is then down to the client. NOT all recruitment firms work the same, so don't generalise.

  • Well done, a noble move.

Thank you so much for your time.

  • great! I am looking to start mine.. I need some help. tell me few things about it. thanks

  • I like this video because I'm just starting my staffing career. Check out Staffing force and let me know what you think.
