Watch the orignal Twilight Zone episode No time like the Past. which shows you cant change big events in history such as killing hitler. there is also a much earlyier ep that dealt with how a time traveler could not stop Lincon from being killed. both of these are far more interesting then this ep.

What bothers me about this episode is how anyone with a 2nd grade education can't predict the problem with killing Hitler. Our entire world is based on the post WWII era. Because Hitler happened, everyone is overly cautious about giving one man total control... NO ONE wants to be associated with Nazism. But with no historical guide, some ambitious future dictator could take control, and this time with nukes. This time, we might not be so lucky. Plus, US would not be a world power. No Israel.
