  • I got a Casio SK-1 like that one.Good Sound!Brainy

  • this is dope!

  • your cuircuit bending skills are good but you are an ass hole

  • that was not me, I comment removed!! I can be an asshole, BUT NOT LIKE THAT!!

  • pretty nifty trickery there :)

  • This is amazing I love it..

  • Its amazing the sounds you can create by tweaking stuff!

  • Nice one mate. Ignore these wankers who're slating your work..... If any of them can do any better then they should post some of their own vids and then deal with pointless flame comments themselves.

  • Nice, Like the switches

  • thats crazy, good job dude

  • Yoo, Potar..beside Speak N toys..the SK1 has got to be the number #1 bent thing RIGHT?

I think there should be an exhibit of STRICTLY SK1's.I have seen some nice ones too.

I remember seeing this vid a while back.YEAH!!

Can the bends effect the samples too?

  • bleeps.....bloop.... my phone sounds like this?.....

  • Arguing on the Internet is like the Special Olympics. Even if you win, you're still a retard.

  • I'm with matymetal, lets see you bust open a toy, explore the circuit, solder the wires, drill the holes, mount the switches. Don't knock what you don't know, dick.

  • Circuit Bending rocks whatever u bunch of assholes think.

  • Both this and the other clip of this are awesome, good work.

  • That hold switch is what i call GREAT

  • LMAO I JUST BOUGHT 1 OF THESE AT GOODWILL 10 BUCKS IF I MAIL IT TO U WILL U BEND IT FOR ME :p

  • i have 3. i think i've paid a total of 9 dollars for all

  • wow, you have no idea what your speaking about. It still sounds the same without any flipped switches. Why add to the ability of the instrument, without damaging the original aspects of the instrument. Get a clue, then post on a topic that your really into.

    potar

  • how do you think we pay for what we do... fucker.

  • i think you pay it with your ass... you have been fucked ;)

  • conetcha, go sodomize yourself with a retractable baton. :)

  • if i were like you i would still have to wait until you're finished with it on your own ass ;)

  • there's not just one retractable baton in the world. :) go for one, boy!

Now, I'm not saying show respect, but at least don't be such an asshole at this fairly good circuit bender, I bet you can't do the half of what he did.

  • you're right, there are a lot of batons but they're all in your ass! about the circuit bender it's just trash, i wouldn't do that because it's a waste of time, i like real music not shity noises ;)

  • If it is truly a waste of time, then why are you watching, and arguing about youtube videos of it?

  • i watched it because i thought i would see something worth it.

  • Fair enough.

  • to each his own you slimey turtel turd

  • hahahahaha

  • I know all about CB. Its a great way to start a hobby in circuitry. The demo you have here is just unimpressive. Know what I mean?

  • spynetwork.. you are very unimpressive...esp. for knowing all about "CB".

  • What a knob. It's pretty neat man, no matter what some nerd says just to feel less inferior. God, can't people just let other people do things without being judged. Takes all the fun out of being yourself.

  • Now, when someone figures out how to make a song with them...

    kerry m.

  • Creative. I've got an SK1, and I never knew until today there was all this rediscovery of what it can do.

  • good show man!

  • good shit dudie

  • that sound at 1:15 is ace :P

  • shweet thing... but man... u should learn to play sum keyboard! :P

No thanks! I have way more fun bending them than playing them.

  • experimentin is kool

    respect & add sum scratch

  • AHHh! jamiefigley, you got an sk-1 for 50 cents! i envy you- i just paid 78 bux for one on ebay

  • what exactly did you do...i have and sk-1 but i didnt know people actually modified them...i thought they were junk...mine was 50 cents at a garage sale.

  • I short circuited connections from the IC's and added switchs so I could turn them off and on. They are kinda junky, but once moded they take on a whole new life. .50 cents is a killer deal, they sell for a bit more on the bay.

  • awsome bend

  • beautiful

  • No to brag or anything, but I was circuit bending my Casio SK-1 (and a Yamaha SHS-10 red keytar) on my own before even hearing about circuit-bending (a term coined by Reed Ghazala, another pioneer). In fact I was circuit-bending before the Web was invented!

I never installed any permanent switches though.

  • "No to brag or anything..."

  • rofl, love that response

  • Learn to use it!

  • No thanks! I have way more fun bending them than playing them.

  • Omg, I can't wait to do this to my "Realistic Concertmate-500" Thats just wicked!

  • coooool :) this was my first sample keyboard in the

80´s. i have also just the roland tr-626 and a yamaha dd-11. like you :) i looking forward to mod this.

    its awsome.

    thanks.
