Why is it so easy to sneak up on Don Diego, but so hard to do so to Zorro? I always find it funny when Don Diego ends up unconscious like that. ^_^" I can't help it - someone knocks out Zorro without any clue of it! Think of the money that could be had, and that proud little moment of thinking, "I bested Zorro," if only they knew.
She did have a lovely voice, accent aside. Although I have a little trouble watching her here and keeping the Mickey Mouse Club theme song out of my head.
I do. Very good how Diego exploits every mistake by the evildoer and uses it against him. (Miguel speaking of Zorro to Constancia) It is also amusing how many times in this series Diego alludes to Garcia himself having to do with or knowing the past/future actions of Zorro so well. (So readable by his tone when he answered Garcia at the end "It's going to [have something to do with Zorro]."
"They were . . . oh, I don't know . . . trying to steal GEESE!" Diego is understating everything SO innocently, and I'm laughing myself silly over the whole thing! Does anyone else find that "geese" comment funny? (For that matter, how do I even mention how funny I think this episode is without seeming over the top or gushing?)
Well, I'll give Annette Funicello her due - she's a more-than-fairly-decent singer! (Her Spanish accent could use a little work, but she really is good!)
