  • Thanks. I hate this freaking lift but it sure helps you remember to finish that pull.

  • Sweet - really nice technique - I do 60x4 from the hang, but it's done almost always with a press out...

  • To be honest, it's just a warm-up exercise as far as I can tell. My coach only has me do them once every 6-8 weeks or so.

    I would hate to have to squat jerk.

  • quick question, is this suppose to help you out for the squat jerk?
