Red Storm campaign is quite intresting, some thing happened to the Soviets so now your at war with em, *thanks to that relic you can cloak and have portal tech :D* i wonder if the Black dogs make an aperance in it, since in the Dogs of war campaign you fight the Chinese. if not then im still happy i dled the all in 1 package and played TRO, *running on windows 7, i had to do some tweaking, changing the res to 800x600 so it would stop CTDing with unhandled exception rape.

dude i was pretty good at the original so i thought i'd give this a try. it's freaking impossible!! even with cheats i couldn't get past like the 2nd or 3rd chinese mission. its a big rape fest. the game itself is sick though i love battlezone. as for getting it on vista idk, i know it worked on xp with a little tweaking, try googling it

Battlezone was easy even on maximum difficulty. But The Red Odyssey was almost impossible even on easy. I did manage to beat it eventually, but it was the hardest game I've ever played. I think that there isn't a person in the world who could beat it on maximum difficulty.

BZ would likely be way ahead of most games today if they had kept making it. I hope someone takes the challenge of making a BZ3 for us loyal fans of the game. BZ got high ratings, but was strangely one of the worst selling or something.

They do. If you play as the Chinese you fight against the Soviets. Though to be fair, the Chinese levels are seriously, seriously, hard, and quite possibly bugged - in the first one, there's a bit where you have to hijack a tug and, with its escorts, bluff your way past the Soviet blockade. Although despite having the escorts, I still get found out, told to "await a political officer," and fail.
