@Vivokd in the very beginning, I think it might have made a period or two a big irregular. I think it was starting to regulate my period, so they were a little late or early, I cannot remember which. Or maybe that was me just making it up in my head-- I cannot be sure, lol. But certainly no bad side effects were experienced.
wow.. i've never heard of this. i have BRUTAL cramps, and i went to my ob/gyn who told me i had endometriosis. she put me on birth control to stop my period. within two months of being on birth control, i had gained 30 pounds and developed bad acne. i became horribly moody. i got off the birth control because it was so unnatural, and i hate unnatural things. so now the cramps are back with avengence. i will absolutely try this! thanks so much :)
@RachieBaby320 ughh I hate how they immediately want to put us on birth control. it works for some people but not for others. I hope you try this and it works for you.
wow! i think you saved my life. i'm looking for the (i think in México is) Melaza Organica or Miel de Caña. So, if i can find this thing, i'm gonna try inmediatly. I'm new in your channel and i really LOVE your tips.
I have using the "No poo method" for a week now, my rutine is BS/ACV... but is a little rough but after look your hair in this video note that I must be patient and use the natural oil mix for conditioner maybe can helps. Thanks a lot for share your experience.
@yamilych hola :D I hope you try it out! be patient at first... you might notice a change on only your 3rd menstruation! but it is soo worth it, I promise you. it totally changed my menstruacion. thank you for watching my videos!!!! :) :) xoxoxox
I got my period when I was 13, and I'm now 17 and a half now. Like you my period was bad, and just got progressively worse. It's very heavy, very long, and I have bad cramps. The worse I've ever had is pure pain with nauseous feeling. I'm thinking of trying this out. :)
@jazzcolabear Oh, i know how you feel :( i'm sorry you have these problems too. Give this a try for a few months and it will pay off in the end... it will make your periods alot better in the long run, I promise. u just have to stick with it!
thank you so much for sharing. I will definitely be giving molasses a try! not every month, but quite often when I get my period, I throw up, get dizzy, can't stand up, get hot and cold sweats... horrible! so this sounds amazing. x
@theroseshoes I hope it works for you like it works for me! :) I know how bad it is to have horrible periods :( Make sure to take it every day and don't give up if you don't see results after the first month... I only started feeling better on my 2nd period. Please update me if it does make your periods better! :D
@bethluvshermeeko yes, it does help with fatigue. Basically all the bad symptoms of a period (i had them all lol) can be improved with molasses, at least in my experience. Emotionally, not just physically, I noticed a change.
@gernert09 I'm giving it a try, I'm a little sensitive to iron and I read it has iron in it but hopefully it works for me because I've had the same trouble as you had. Thank you for doing this video :)
@sunflowerbeauty100 I eat fruit everyday( mostly berries) , luna bars, tofu dishes(you can do so much with tofu)... I love Annie's dinner and Morning Star food as it's high in protein. Nuts are also full of protein so I lovvee pistachios. :)
yes, molasses is "melaza" in spanish. however i don't know what blackstrap means, can it be just organic molasses or does it have to be blackstrap? i get period crampson my first day and i take naproxen sodium pills which work great but i think natural is best, especially because of the side effects of drugs. so i'll definitely look for organic molasses :)
I started eating molasses 3 weeks ago because I suffer from a anaemia. I didn't know it also helps with menstrual cramps. So thank you for letting me known :)
Btw I eat it on its own, I don't like the taste of it in tea :)
@Lucinkocka and I didn't know it helped with anemia! it's good to know for the future! my friend also eats molasses with out tea and I cannot believe people can do that! haha!
@rhiannaihr first off, thank you. I made a skincare video and I think it covers everything I do to have good skin. I am also going to make an updated skin care routine in the next few days
Raspberry leaf tea is also great for menstrual cramps as it is a uterine tonic. It is great for pregnant women to take in the latter part of pregnacy as it helps prepare the uterus for impending labour.
Molasses has been said to be the perfect food because of its high mineral content like iron and it is a natural sugar. Blackstrap is quite bitter but like you said it is easy to get used to. Very interesting that it is good at settling mentstrual cramps, I wasn't aware of this.
@shannon2005100 Do they make any sort of raspberry leaf tea in baggie form? or do you have to boil the leafs? sorry if this is a dumb question! I am interested in drinking it now that you recommended it. I would love to combine my molasses with raspberry tea! NO menstrual cramps will have a chance, hahah!
@gernert09 Oh yes, it comes in baggies and the brand I have is called Traditional Medicinals. I believe CVS in the States would carry it. It is organic and caffeine free. The molasses and raspberry leaf tea combo would be brilliant!
Thanks so much for putting this up very helpful!!!!! I was wondering why your skin so flawless when you said vegan what kinds of foos do you eat I tried being a vegan but I was found myself straving♥thanks for sharing your tips love
Thanks a lot for sharing your secret. I actually just take a multivitamin a few days before my period starts and it gets rid of all my cramps. I wonder if your way is better . . . hmm.
@gernert09 I don't think it matters. I've used a couple of different ones and they all do the same thing. I've also told a few of my friends about my multivitamin thing only to find out they do the same and it works for them as well! I don't know what the science behind this is but it just seems to me like any high source of nutrients seems to do the trick. Hahaha.
@XxzanessaashxX I did go to a doctor several times. They gave me birth control and pain killers. I didn't like birth control and the pain killers are great but molasses helped me more than anything.
me and you both girl!
