  • All evidence points to the soldier acting in self defense. This sounds like the govt. is using him as a sacrifice to appease political correctness. This soldier does not deserve what's being dished to him. Those who are knowingly charging him in a wrongful manner should be prosecuted.

  • No...once the aged Peace&Love crowd quit dictating Rules of Engagement this Political Correctness will stop leaving a wake of good American victims. VOTE them out. Meanwhile, support our troops by having their backs covered. I put it this way: I am a 60 yr old grandma, next time give me the gun & I'll shoot the bastard. Next realize that if things don't change...we could all have to shoot the Insurgent bastards defending our homes.
