I hate the fact people are blaming the mother. The mother is not to blame, you take your eyes off a child for one second, and they tend to wander off. It happens. I know this. Why the hell he did not stop immediately and instead continue run over by rear wheel for the first time? I want him to pay the price. He should be executed.
