  • nice strength, try turning your top hand on your flag the opposite way, you'll have better stability and more options for differant tricks.

  • No prob,I thought I would recognize. I don't train especially for parkour I just started working out after several years off. I mostly train various bdy wt stuff ya know, pushups, pullups, handstands, rings work, basic tumbling rolls and mix in some deadlifts, squats, and kettlebell swings. For example L-sits, standing wheel rollouts, and hanging leg raises.

  • Search for "kong vault" on here. The user "expert village" has clips of this dude from Texas Parkour that details most of the basic parkour vaults...definitly a good start bro.

    Also I'll be workin' on getting various clips together from my training to check out.

  • To be honest man. The way that I am doing it looks cool, but after you get it up that high it is allot easier to hold it out than parallel extention. Thanks for the inpute. Let me know if there is anything that you would like to see. I like it when people give me something to work towards.
