@ViviOLuver1 Watching this scene and the one in the final film you can understand why it was cut. This is right after she saves him from the pod right? Assuming he didn't show her the plant in space but here. Well in this scene it looks like EVE doesn't like the idea of kissing WALL-E. In the final version, she kissed him purposely, implying she loved him. You wouldn't think so with this scene tbh.

I guess they got rid of this scene because eve kissing wall-e by accident doesn't portray of her having as much feelings for him, then the the moment in the movie where she kisses him on purpose.

I did prefer the scene in space more, but it's a shame they didn't use the attempt to hold hands bit. Eve's 'expression' at at 1:07 is so clearly written despite only having her eyes to actually express anything at all. This film trumps ALL Dreamworks films put together. Never did I believe CGI could show emotion so perfectly like the believable interaction between these two characters who themselves are machines.
