@Perse32 After he destroys everything. He comes to base and all his colleagues congratulated him. His superior, the man with the phone, received new orders via the phone. He tells Kane that he has new orders to accomplish.

When I first saw this words I knew that another Quake will appear so Kane could do his new orders. Still hoping to come out another Quake real soon to continue the story.

I guessed so still the original plan must have been to released an expansion pack in 2006 but it got canceled. The ending practically screams expansion pack. I look forward to Quake 5 and Doom 4. Hopefully both will be throw backs to the classics not the hyper realistic crap of today. :D

quake 4 very easy, much easy!

This run was pretty straight forward with only a few really interesting bits really.  Among them would be:

-Telling squad mates to shut up by hitting them with explosives.

-Running the part of the game which you normally take the walker in.

-Glitching the dark matter gun shot so it "sticks" to the guardian boss (something similar happened to me the first time I fought it).

-Riding on top of the tram instead of in it to bypass half the last level.

This run was not on hardest difficulty, though.

The site I make runs for usually only accept runs done on easiest or hardest difficulty. In this case Private and General. Since General just has ridiculous settings for damage taken and amount of ammo needed to kill enemies I decided to go with Private. A General run would just be too boring to watch since everything would take half an eternity to kill.

This was done on Private, to achieve the lowest time. Many tricks and shortcuts don't work on any difficulty above Private either, because the game makes sure you're killed instantly if you try to pull them off.

If you fire off a dark matter shot and quickly pull out another weapon and start damaging him with that, the damage the weapons deal will be raised exponentially.
