Watching this video with my husband in Iraq and my son turning one year old next month - it really hit me hard. If my husband doesn't come home for whatever reason - my son would never know how amazing and wonderful his father is. I am an american soldier and I have had to see what war can do to the families of those lost. I haven't been there myself (I unfortunately have to stay in the rear as I see more of my buddies go off to war). This video brought me to tears. And to those who say we are murderers and that we have a choice not to join and so on... get a damn life. I've met some of the best Americans I will meet for the rest of my life. We all join for our own reasons, most of which are unselfish ones. HOOAH!

I couldn't have said it better. It didn't take me long to start crying. Although I'm in the Navy, I work for security forces and I may be sent to Iraq. And after watching this, I have no problem with that. Proud to be fighting for freedom with all our fellow service men and women.
