Hi! Have you tried - fast abs magic (search on google)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my GF got detailed Six pack abs and lost lots of weight with it.
hi dr kathy i have one question i just gave birth 2 weeks ago and i relly want to star working out could i do this and your other exersises, or is it nessesary to wait minimum 6 weeks?i did some of your exersises during my 3rd trimester and walked a lot ??
@dddiinnaaa It is best to wait the full 6 weeks to allow your uterus to return to normal size as well as to allow for bonding, proper milk production and overall return of your body (think internal organs) to return to pre-pregnancy state
Hiyaaaa! Have you heard the talk about - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some super things about it and my mate got ripped 6 pack abs and lost a truck load of of belly fat with it.
Dear Doctorcathy, I´m twelve weeks from the birth of my baby by C-section just now and my problem is the fibromialgic pain... I´ve started doing all the routines again, but the pain is very dificult to deal with... Do you think ist secure to continuing with the routines and do you know something about fibromialgie that could help me. It would be a great releaf, specially for the pain in the side of my knees...I would be very thankful.
@simcha96 Although it's a struggle at first, many people have noticed tremendous relief from their pain by exercising. Don't push too hard, but don't quit too soon either. Modify as needed. Set goals and work toward them. If you can do 5 minutes today, shoot for 5 1/2 minutes tomorrow. Good luck and congratulations on your baby!
Dr Cathy I think you rock, I have been following your exercises through my 2nd pregnancy . My daughter is now 5mths old. In the recent months we have had some major challenges occur but I am so happy to be back and to be referring to you videos again! You make the world for mamas a better place and I have shared you with most of my preggie friends.
@Tujama Thanks - it's so nice to hear from you. I've been making a lot of videos for our moms to get back in shape and tips on how to be the mom you want to be.
@wildegrl86 Yes, this video is. I have a few videos that are not geared toward 2nd or 3rd trimester women, but I will usually say so at the beginning of the workout.
