holy crap this is so amazing!!! Daniel Muller-Schott and Julia Fischer have incredible musical chemistry...I've seen versions where the sounds of the violin and cello didn't complement each other at all...here, the instruments are seriously talking/shouting/whispering/answering to each other...incredible!!
Herregud!
So fascinating to see how Julia Fischer has to laugh a lot about the commentary Daniel Müller-Schott gave to her and she realy must centre herself. But at 0:14 it goes "klick" and she is in the flow and they start their great performance...

Just the power and emotion they put into the music starting at 5:26 to the end is just phenomenal. Especially at 5:40.

I love the "out of control" control that they demonstrate during the fast passage at 4:20.

Possibly taken too fast, detracts from the musicality of it a bit

The version of Itzhak Perlman and Pinchas Zuckerman is the best in my opinion.
I'd suggest, risk a look.

They are good. One of the better version i've heard. I still think Wells Cunningham's self duet was the best.

What's with the eyes from the violinist right behind them in the beginning?

Haha! She looks so prudishly suspicious... Almost as if she suspects there is something clandestine going on between the Julia and Daniel. :D

Wow... such young artists yet extraordinary!

they skipped a variation???

yes, the ugly part after the very fast one, at 4:43, is missing. But this is a mistake from Handel: he forgot to test before the release !

sweet!! After listening to many other versions, I find this version to be the most invigorating...it's fast but epic in it's own way!

I must also say they brought this piece to a whole new level! I have never heard anything of this great magnitude of musicality.
