People say their new album is a sell out. But they are just trying out new styles, and doing what they want to do with their music. All Hope is Gone is much deeper with emotion then the last albums, less anger and more maturity.
@The666999ss dude if they're songs happen to play on the radio it doesn't mean they're sellouts slipknot has become amazingly popular so it's in the radio stations best interests to play what ever they release so people can listen to they're station think logically here

@marshantank im not calling them sellouts. But theyve basicly turned into the typical metal band. They used to be unique. But its sounds commercial now. like theyre trying way too hard.
@The666999ss but they're always wannabees in this world in my opinion sipknot still have something very special in they're music and they just wen't more melodic all hope is gone is a true reflexion of slipknot because its all they're styles mixed into one album they have songs like gamertia which are more like they're earlier works and they have songs like dead memories which sounds more like they're more recent stuff (vol 3)
