I heard they won't make another one because they can no longer get the licensing from tsr and d&d. i would pay big $ to a group of open source programmers to make a sequel to this. you could basically use the same code for the characters, just add an expansion pack for new backgrounds and bosses.

A bit of experimentation goes a long way. Dungeons and Dragons was a very technical game with all sorts of possible moves and combos.
