what the hell?!?! they feel they are not being punished?! REHABILITATED? they got new medical facilities and they have art classes?? screw that!! if you broke the law you should not be able to enjoy more luxuries than people who obey the law!! there are some prisons where the inmates have better resorces than schools!! I think Alcatraz was a great idea and needs to be rebuilt and used again!
