  • Pimps up, hos down!

  • Gully kept his pimp hand strong.

  • @bababooey2006 hoes gotta know their place!

  • @bababooey2006 Well, since Dusty just walked right up to Tully and took his only ho, Tully's pimp hand obviously wasn't strong enough.

  • Baby Doll's face turn! J.J. Dillon and company really knew how to create some great storylines and mix it with great action in the ring. Their creativity was defintely something else! I just wish they were still in the business today instead of McMahonland on Monday nights. These were definitely the true heydays of pro wrestling in my book. I grew up watching this in my college years in the 80's and I would almost fight over the tv set to watch it on Saturdays and Sundays!

  • J.J. was always a gentleman, plus a financial genius. Tully understood how to treat women. I always wanted to invest in 'Tully Blanchard Enterprise'....I'm sure it was one of the best stocks trading on Wall Street at this time. LOL

  • Now that's how you really lay the smackdown.

  • This was a big angle back in the 1980's ....but I would agree.. Tully's stock went up when he replaced Baby Doll with JJ

  • Tully Blanchard is chief of the Slap-a-Ho tribe.

  • JJ knew here that Babydoll was part of the excess fat that needed to be trimmed from Tully Blanchard Enterprises. He orchestrated her termination from the company so that Tully could properly focus - a broad like that weakens the legs AND the company balance sheet. And although her very public firing was controversial, it led to a huge upswing in the price of TBE stock, with a concurrent increase in EPS and sharp drop in company debt. Captain Save-A-Ho Rhodes should have minded his own business.

  • And I thought ECW were the originators of males beating up females in wrestling!! That sounded like a STIFF slap from Tully at 0:52. David Crockett's reaction("Aye Tully, What Are You...) to the slap really put this over. What a way to turn Baby Doll into a babyface.

  • Dusty booked himself for Baby doll...lol

  • And then he states after looking at the footage "and she's going to have a lesson taught her like no lesson ever taught to anybody". That sounds like a promise for further woman beater treatment.

  • @detchuck NAW! I just said that for the hell of it!

  • Man , do I remember this. Dusty ruined that setup I think with what he said.

  • @detchuck Missy Hyatt was better!

  • "she don't belong to you , she belong to me now!" how chivalrous of Dusty LOL

  • dusty rhodes is such piece of trash. Keep the jacket closed and do some cardio.

  • I was 20 years old when I saw this

  • Could you imagine doing that in todays wrestling and tv? The network would be shut down...

  • wow I didn't even know...it sure makes everything he did in the ring seem like nothing...cause beating up a woman is punk sh**

  • COURSE: Pimpology 101

INSTRUCTORS: Profs. Tully Blanchard and Dusty Rhodes

  • ahhhhh, nice abuse those were the days when ya smack a bitch!

  • Tully was the heel of heels back in the day.

  • hahahaha that will learn the bitch!

  • Snacks: A backhand sandwich.

  • In so many words, Tully's saying, "Bring me back some stacks, or get a couple of more snacks, you dirty-legged skank ! "

  • I prefer the Tully Blanchard drug addicted wrestler cause man he sure made it seem real! I love you Tully you were my idol when I was growing up

  • @dannywexler i t was real tully was arrested for abusing his own real life wife! he was a real scumbag it

    wasn't a work!

  • Nothing like a little violence against woman to remind me of the old school wrestling days!

  • @jays71276 I enjoyed when the wrestlers would justify their violence against a woman by insinuating that the victim had neither the class nor the poise to be considered a real woman. If a face used that rationale, the crowd would accept his action, but a heel never got away with it (even if his victim was the type who only acknowledged the crowd with contempt).

  • put that cunt in her place tully

  • i love how JJ begins creeping over around :15 with the demeanor saying "Tully this bitch is full of BS

  • @gannable JJ played that off real good! LOL

  • You're not going to Acapulco! Now get in that kitchen and fix me a turkey pot pie!

  • Tell that bitch Tully! lol Old school wrestling was the best.

  • is tully blanchard gonna have to choke a bitch?

  • Dec 28, 1995

  • Pimpin' ain't easy, Tully.....

  • Tully Blanchard always was one of the most gutless of all.

  • Like Crockett was gonna do something...hahaha. He'd of had his ass brain busted on the concrete floor.

  • the baby doll angle and the feud between tully and dusty was one of the best ever and what made the nwa the best wrestling organization in the world, head and shoulders above the lame wwf.

  • @danteras23 yes it was!

  • sometimes a woman needs to be put in her place. nice job tully.

  • Great angle - beating women, whats next? "Yeah I know, lets have a pedophile wrestler, that will get the crowd really riled up."

  • @mabood1212

What's next? You've seen what's next. This was like 30 years ago.

  • this is the coolest thing ever, the golden age of wrestling!! hahaha great.

  • this what she gets for gettin out of line...lol..

  • "NO RETREAT" haha

  • HOLY CRAP!

  • baby doll was so hot...i loved her...just lookin at that face..mm...lol

  • Comment removed

  • I bet you baby doll is a lesbion!!!!!!!!!!!

  • This is sooo inapproiate. LOL This would never be on TV now.

  • David should have laid out Tully with a lariat imo

  • Tully was such a great heel. And he came off so real too. No cartoony stuff.

  • Magnum should have help her, not Dusty

  • JJ Dillon was a fatter, even gayer version of Bobby Heenan

  • @buttercremehonda Bobby acted and dressed far more gay.

  • @buttercremehonda Are saying that in a good way or bad? Because JJ was great in his own right

  • They need to put this back on TV for like 3 hours and show the people what real wrestling is about!!!!!!!

  • Forget Dusty -- go David! I really believed he would have attacked Blanchard had Dillon not held him back. Real or fake, I bought that shit! :-)

  • Well...sometimes, ya just gotta slap a ho.

  • @eastwood13

Does Tully Blanchard have to choke a bitch?

  • Tully was NWA's Godfather....

  • TULLY GOT MAD AND BITCHSLAPPED THAT BITCH. I NEVER DID LIKE HER ALL THAT MUCH ANYWAY

  • fuckin woman better know her place. fuckin bitch better get to the fuckin kitchen and bend oer the table. stupid women!!!!

  • this is some good enterview

  • That's fuckin' bullshit! Blanchard is a piece of shit and Dusty punked him like the bitch that he his. Man, I remember watching that happen on TV. So wrong, even if it is staged.

  • If she was mine I woulda handled it at home. I woulda slapped her, bent her over and gave her a good, hard, rough anal fuck. That'll teach her....yeah... that'll teach her

  • no wonder they never let her talk. she could not cut a promo. nice face t&a but no voice.

  • The funny part is how jj was gripping up David crockett. He shoulda socked him

  • baby doll was always stepping 2 some man ready to fight. I seen her get in dick slater's face. Why is she sitting there cryin when tully slaps her?

Tully did slap the shit piura her though. She woulda been better with magnum.

  • put that cunt in her place tully

  • Slapping a woman in front of hundreds of fans and on national tv, and both Tully & Dusty treating her like a piece of property. I don't care if it was fake, that shit ain't cool!

  • That was intense. By the way, Baby Doll was - and still is a beautiful woman. Baby Doll - NOT TAMMY SYTCH - is the original diva!

  • well she was going for a switch blad i saw it thats why he hit her he had to she was going to cut him.. then that fat nogood tralior park trash plumer comes butting his nose in.. im glad tully left her where he found baby doll.. in that same place he found her some old skidrow soup kicthen off the panhandle..

  • I remember this I was there at the Greensboro Coliseum it was on dec 28 1985 it was the day before the kiss (the asylum tour) concert that I was at the next night.

  • @pattersongrove I was there when this happened too. I was a HUGE Tully Blanchard fan, but didn't like him slapping Baby Doll. And of course, here came Dusty "Iv'e gotta be involved in everyone's angle" Rhodes to make the save.

  • did you go to the show 3 or 4 months before that happend in charlotte where babydoll came in dressed as a cop and caused magnum to loose the us belt thoes were the days now its garbage , garbage & more garbage .

  • wow smacking a bitch back then was about 13 yrs b4 its time

  • I don't see how liberating it was for Baby Doll to be Dusty's woman. Dusty told told Tully, "She doesn't belong to you no more! She belongs TO ME!" Trading one form of slavery for another?

    Not exactly empowering for women!

  • i mean like your mom

  • he CRACKED her across the face!!

  • put that hor down tully. show that hor whos boss.

  • don't your mean "whore" or maybe you meant "ho"......

  • I may be in the minority here, but I couldn't STAND Dusty Rhodes. Hated him back then, and still hate him now. What an overrated, 3-move wonder. How was this tub so popular? HOW??? And he always had to be the 'Knight in Shining Armor'. I LIVED to see him get his ass kicked by the heels, ANY heel.

  • At 0:20 JJ lookin like naw, naw bitch I didnt say that, Lol.

  • Check that bitch Tully!

  • Tully talks about how he bought and paid for Baby Doll but I thought she was a gift from JJ to replace Dark Journey.

  • From what I recall, Dark Journey was the replacement for Baby Doll. That's what I recall.

  • @BootPatrol Supposedly Dark Journey was a complete crack addict and thus didn't last long.

  • Quick, somebody get Vince to watch this and tell him this how to cut a promo to keep the fans coming back for more.

  • I remember this incident very well as well as the violent feud between Dusty Rhodes and Tully Blanchard. This is when Baby doll became a crowd favorite. She also feuded with Jim Cornette after Cornette tried to put her out of wrestling by striking her in the abdomen with his tennis racket.

    Ken Palmer

  • I remember when Jim Cornette feuded with Baby Doll, Magnum T.A. and Dusty Rhodes wore black masks, trench coats, cowboy hats, black t-shirts and jeans, and called themselves the James boys. The gimmick was a way to get back at Cornette and the Midnight Express.

  • I remember this also. I was watching WCW Saturday Night when this match went down. It was the opening match of the program. They came to the ring to some country-western style music as Cornette and the Midnight Express looked very bewildered. Then Cornette went berserk and began yelling "Wait a minute! Wait a minute! I know who they are!" From there, he was yelling at the bell ringer not to ring the bell to start the match. But it began anyway!

    Ken Palmer

  • Once the match began, he was demanding that Jim Crockett come to ringside and end the match immediately. But the "James Boys" would execute a double belly-to-suplex on both members of the Midnight Express and won the match. The Crowd went crazy! Then Baby Doll would charge out from the back and chase after Cornette from ringside with a bullrope! What memories!

    Ken Palmer

  • Who REALLY gave her the ticket?

  • @CraigJericho I can go one better. What was on those photo's that Baby Doll had on Dusty? I heard that it was going to be revealed that he slept with a black woman dressed in drag.

  • This would never get played today ! How the N.O.W(National Organization of Women) wasn't all over this I'll never know ?

Fantastic angle though and Tully is one of the most underrated heels ever in my opinion !

  • Tully Blanchard is the illest!!

  • That's how you lay the smack down.

  • pimp said your bought and paid for. crocket tried to play the hero at first then fat jj got him

  • I thought i told you bitch i keep my pimp hand strong LOL

  • I watch these old videos and wonder how it is that Vince owns this business. He is so fucking dumb, why hasn't anyone put him in his place? I am 21 yrs old and a fairly fucking cool one lol... and this NWA stuff from 1970, 1980 is more relevant than any of the bullshit out there today. Not even the indies can match the brilliance of good ol' southern rasslin'. Vince is the reason MMA became so popular in this country. So many combat sports fans with no venue of recourse.

  • Dusty saves her but then say "she belongs to me now!". lol Going from one pimp to another.

  • @skinwalkerxxx I'm glad I'm not the only one who caught that

  • I dont think this would go over nowadays

  • Listen to that audience! Listen! I get chills up and down my spine listening to them, especially when Dusty comes out.

  • Blanchard goin' hard on a hoe lol.

Dusty had his cape on extra tight SMH.

  • What can you say about Tully ? One of the best heels I've ever seen in my 33 years of watching pro wrestling(not sports entertainment).

  • There is nothing and I mean nothing in modern wrestling that comes close to the good ol days NWA, wrestling at its best.

  • Damn, what a heel Blanchard is. I rmember this and then Baby Doll later turns on Dusty

  • haha good find! I remember this. Babydoll broke Dusty's heart. *lol*

  • That was friggin awesome! Now thats how u draw heel heat!!

  • Kabooki, you kick ass for this post! thanks!

  • Goddamn Blanchard was a great heel!

  • I agree! In my opinion, Tully's "up there" with some wrestling's greatest heels/villains: Roddy Piper, Greg Valentine, Hans Schmidt, Paul Orndorff, the (Fabulous) Freebirds, and, believe it or not, "Hollywood" Hulk Hogan.

  • Tully Blanchard keeping his pimp hand steady.

  • @RSXemperor Keeping Mr Slap-a-Ho at his side.

  • Did you hear the guy @ the 1:50 mark talkin' about some 'That's right."

  • they don't make em like tully anymore.

  • tully was a pimp!! but the cool thing bout tully he knew when to be the chicken shit hell if he was in the ring with the road warriors but if he was in with dusty or magnum then he'd turn into a badass, randy orton could learn from the pimp!!

  • This was the first wrestling angle I ever watched. My first view of wrestling/nwa.

  • Man, that's one ugly forehead. Long live the American Dream,

  • You'd never be able to do an angle like this today ! Man slapping a woman and grabbing her by the hair ? Not a chance !

Tully was fantastic and way underrated in my opinion !

  • wow

  • Dusty Rhodes aka Capt Save-a-ho

  • damn! tully sent her on a one way voyage on the u.s.s. wreck-a-ho!

  • Destination pimp-hand-istan.

  • Not only that, don't you think it was stupid for Tully to defend JJ against Baby Doll? Tully says, "Get your hands off him!" JJ is bigger than Tully for crying outloud!

  • word...i mean really!!

  • nah it just made him look like a bigger dick to get more heat or as Raven says about what heels have to do in all his shoots Tully was "showing his ass" figuratively speaking

  • no way! she wasnt there she off in some dumbass place. plus JJ is the main money source and mastermind, in other words she was insulting the brains of the operations!

  • This was actually before the Horsemen. JJ was just managing Tully at the time.

  • yup! true and correct...with "fat Virgil" making the classic face save!!!

he always wrote himself in everything so well...lol

  • Not only that, Tully is actually taking JJ's word over Baby Doll's. LOL

  • Finally, a clear version of this video! I haven't seen this since it aired back then!

  • That was classic!

  • classic god i miss the old days
