Supply Captain is the only vendor worth using. All of his paracord is genuine 100% military spec US-made cord. There's too much cheap Chinese crap on eBay that isn't nearly as strong or well-made.
@Supermassively bestglide[dot]com has the real stuff, I just got some. 7 inner strands, each made of 3 even smaller strands. And it has the yellow/black strand.
I found another good way is when you end the cobra weave bracelet and you cut off the extra and melted the ends and you just cut the conjoined ends and melt them like you would if you are finishing the cobra weave bracelet.
I use Supply Captain for my paracord. Very good prices, same day shipping, and loads of colors. They sell it in pre-cut lengths of 25 ft, 50 ft, 100 ft, or 1000 ft, but it's cheaper than other sites that let you buy by the foot for 10 cents a foot. Supply Captain is $0.078 /foot for 25 feet, $0.075 /foot for 50 feet, $0.07 /foot for 100 feet, and goes all the way down to $0.048 foot for 1000 feet.
@guitarplayer153 Variety in colors usually means buying cord from many different places - and the prices will vary a lot. Get curved buckles from cdwplus
@guitarplayer153 type rotokid on google and click the first one. it has free shipping to U.S. and its 10 cents a foot. they also have a lot of colors. hope this helped
nice vid, you should show us your paracord and the tools you use etc, always interesting to see if someone has a unique tool or technique.
also, i bought a pair of those same scissors from walmart, specificly because it said they had a "7 year warranty"...they broke within the first week of cutting cord haha
@tronclay dang, I hope my scissors dont break. I dont have any special tools, just your basic lighter, scissors, glue, the elastic around the waist helps a lot.
@pwrmek Ok, thanks. One more quick question if you dont mind, how come when im making the bracelets, the weave starts to rotate and get uneven and make a spiral pattern?
Thanks, and by the way all your videos are such a help to me!
@dirkbikeman1001 to achieve a spiral pattern you would tie the knot on the same side over and over, if you don't want a spiral you have to tie it on the left side then the right then the left etc....
Awesome!!! Thanks this will help a lot.

@dirkbikeman1001 just use a really thin bungee cord, I have used one of those mini bungee cords and just hooked it to my belt
