Denise, I'm sure you've already moved out by now... but, this would be my advice: start apartment searching... and the next time your manager comes over and bothers you, tell him that you feel uncomfortable with him coming over all the time. Then, document his actions after that. Every time he comes over, what he comes over for. After you tell someone they are making you uncomfortable, if they continue the behavior, it is a legitimate, legal harassment charge! Charge him, then move.

There is ONE thing I wanted to add hun.

For anyone who does the "I won't report, just hold out and move" thing... please please at least report the person when you leave. It's just a safety measure for the next girl who moves in. With out any warnings or reports there is no cover for the next person in line of fire. Guys like him sound much too creepy and shouldn't be doing that job.

This also goes for abusing managers too. Review them on apartment sites at least. It helps the next person.

I have the EASIEST solution. This guy is sweetly trying to harrass you into a relationship; doesn't sound too aggressive. Just have one of your most trusted guy FRIENDs come over often or a real BF, to kind of POSE as your suitor. That guy will feel like his chances are over and he probably will give you space again. If I saw another guy in a "single" girls place OFTEN, I would think she was unavailable or definitely connected. No police needed. I would check all of your apt for cameras!!
