Yup. I'm pretty sure the Brits used Tornadoes against then-modern Argentinean aircraft and did pretty well in dogfights. Tornado ain't a bad plane.

But their role is more as a tactical fighter (bomber), than a "dogfighter".

the only russia shot one eurofighter in this competion, but the ratio is 10:1

Der EF wird den Tornado nicht ganz ersetzen, da er halt nicht über dessen Fähigkeiten /Tiefflug) verfügt.
Ein Teil der Tornadoflotte soll AFAIK noch bis 2025 im Einsatz bleiben. Was dann passiert ist ungewiss.
