  • interesting her father was a socialist nazi sympathizer

and she got starved by the nazis when they invaded the netherlands if i remember correctly

  • Such an elegant , beautiful , refined,

down to earth , human being. And funny and cute to boot! A real joy to behold. Thanks for posting this!

  • Oui, Merci!

  • These were better days

  • Happy Birthday <3

  • Can you figure out Brad Pitt and Angelina giving an interview like this? Audrey and Mel were a Holywood Royal Couple !

  • 0:01 "ORLY???" lawl

  • ik ben verliefd ..... Hepburn!

  • thanks for uploading!

I love how people used to spreak French back then !

  • @purplelunacy yes yes yes. in order to promote french language, they must speak the language well. nowadays, it's so saddening how people speak the language. i just totally agree with you, purplelunacy.

  • Her English accent is cute and her French accent is even cuter! It makes me want to learn French!!! Thumbs up for Audrey!!!

  • She won BAFTA Awards for her performances in The Nun's Story (1959) and Charade (1963) and received Academy Award nominations for Sabrina (1954), The Nun's Story (1959), Breakfast at Tiffany's (1961) and Wait Until Dark (1967).

  • She was so elegant. Whenever I think of her, I think about France.

  • She was so gentle !! I miss Audrey <3

  • This is the only person on earth I am completely in ahhhh over. True beauty (lucky in genes). classy (upbringing) honest and humble (true heart)

  • @ferndog681 Not to mention her wonderful appreciation for life, after being held in a German captured country for five years during WW2.

  • @ZakirBaku don't forget german :)

  • Audrey is so beautiful !!!

  • Thank you so much for posting these videos of Audrey. How do you got such rare videos.

  • idk french but she is such a unique person not stuck up or nothing

  • Quelle belle femme. Magnifique.

  • Wow, Audrey is soooo beautiful and she had the beautiful smile all Time !!!

  • Audrey was a Eurpean noblewoman so she was well educated & obviously intelligent, as well. I was surprised to read that she turned down a French film because she was unsure of the language. Perhaps there was no truth to that.

  • Her French pronunciation is really great! I am so surprised!

  • I'm in love with her!!!

  • @missdrada I'm in love with HIM!

  • So rare to find a beautiful lady who is smart at the same time. <3

  • @xTnT87 the irony of your comment is that she always said she wasn't terribly smart. Which is my favorite quality of hers....humility. She is the ultimate woman: humble, confident, smart, courageous, level headed, successful, kind, empathetic, sympathetic, passionate, nurturing, active, informed, talented, stylish etc....

  • English, French, Italian or Dutch. She was beautiul in all the languages in which she was fluent

  • @eb641 + Spanish which she learned in 1970s

  • O RLY?

  • it's a French airport in Paris

  • hha nice one

  • could someone put subtitles in english? lol i wish i could speak french!!! i want to know what they are saying... please someone please??

  • They're talking about a movie they were gonna make in Haute-Savoie, and the rumor about her killed by someone, in the newspaper, and how the dog was their little bodyguard from crazy people, then. As a joke. Is my english correct?

  • Thank you! :) She's so amazing. I love how she spoke. In enlish, french, dutch and italian.. very elegant. :)

  • BTW, what were they saying about the rumor of killing or something?

  • Oh wow I didn't know she spoke French. That makes her even more amazing!! A truly wonderful woman <3

  • she spoke like 5 or 6 languages... wish i could! lol

  • I'm french and I agree, she speaks perfectly.

But She as born in Bruxelles, Belgium ad they speak french too there. So maybe she has been raised by french speaking people ?

    I don't know lol

Good!

  • Also spoke Dutch, Spanish, Italian....English.

  • Wow she knew so many different languages.. shes great

  • mr. famous is soooooooooooooo cute!

    Audrey rox!

  • Mel ferrer was so hansome!

  • She spoke beautiful french, she's my idol.

  • they speak amazingly well, but this is a really good example of how intonation gives away native english speakers in french despite perfect pronunciation. nonetheless, audrey's and mel's intonation helps me understand them better.

  • i could understand some of wht they were saying... i jst started taking French this year!

mayb someday i'll come back to this video and understand it!

    : D

  • Audrey was so awesome

    and the puppy so cute!

  • She was so incredible! I wish I could speak languages as beautifully as she did!

  • tres beaut.

     <3

  • Elles sont tres jolie. I also studied French, yet I understand more from her Italian interview simply because it's so much like the Spanish I speak, go figure

  • Gosh that was one hella woman.

  • what a woman....!!!

  • Audrey also spoke Dutch and Italian fluently... what an amazing woman!

  • It's hard to believe people were ever so formal - and refined. Not that we should go back there, but it so different.

  • Son français est parfait!

  • J'ai entendu un peu d'accent..

  • I wish we went back to the days where speaking French was a sign of class!

  • je suis d'accord! lol i couldn't understand most of that though :( and ive taken 4 years

  • I wonder what language she spoke at home with her husband and son?

  • At home she spoke English with Ferrer and son. Remember her father was Anglo-Irish and she was schooled after the war in England. Mel Ferrer is American born.

  • She looks sad!

  • Oh, is she just the sweetest thing. They're not really talking about much important, they just said they were stopping off in Paris on the way to Amsterdam, to do some interviews and stuff, they hope it'll be a bit of a vacation, etc.

  • me too :D

  • I have no idea what she is saying but she is BEAUTIFUL!
