@111Iknow No one has answered, so I've got a suggestion (though this seems to be an old post lol). Use a lathe to cut out the scroll parts, a scrollsaw or your preferred method to cut out the "paper" part, and use a dremel w/ grinder (or something similar) to cut out holes of the thickness of the "paper" and of its width into the "scrolls."

Where do you get your blades and what kind are they. Mine wont fit through holes that small. I haved to drill a lot bigger hole.
