What a terrible view of the sky through this cockpit: all those tubes in front of your face and that big wing overhead. As an aesthetic experience I rate this very low. Much better to to fly a real sailplane with a clear canopy and good overhead visibility, or a hand glider.
@tienshanman1 You mean a "hang" glider. That's ok wuffo. This get's over twice the glide of my hang glider. And, probably three times your para glider. And, that "big wing overhead" is actually not overhead. You can look straight up. The pilots head is behind the wing. Sheesh...do a google search or something before you type.
@PhivTooSix Edit: Also, you can foot launch it....try that with a sailplane....but I will admit, the bars do suck. Everything is a give and take I guess.
Hello, very interested to own a swift Pas, how could you compare with Alatus M ? Which's, in your opinion, is the best in terms of sailplane abilities (climbing and gliding)?
@ditch208 For me, the Alatus wins hands down(I'm also interested in buying one), but the Swift, I would like to try it some day... And their gliding ratios are similar..
thermal looks like it...
