It turns out the bankers have done it to the 99% again. People were fooled into following the "Bank Transfer Day" plan to move money into credit unions. Only credit unions trade money with the banks. They are privately invested by many of the same bankers who make even more money by people doing that.
Ive been asking this on abunch of these videos about operation greenout, so say you actually manage to pull this off who exactly benefits from this after you hack wallstreet? so far i havnt gotten a straight answer from anybody

I'm not sure how credit unions work, but as long as they're prevented from becoming the corrupt presence that we now have as a banking system; then this is a no-lose situation....peace and love to all...EXPECT US!
And just where is a "safe" place exactly? I'm all for it, but I can't imagine people with accounts of say $100k or more will be very likely to remove all that from their FDIC insured accounts and bury in somewhere :P

oh yes it will work...just like it did when the great depression hit. Also for those of us with jobs closing our accounts will pay more into the banks due to the fee's we will then have to pay to cash our checks. Those of us that must travel require the use of debit/credit cards. It is not them that will hurt but those of us who are considered working poor.
@MsSquarebearz Check into a credit union in your area. They offer networks for ATM/debit cards and many offer fees lesser or equal to what one is charged now. The one thing to keep in mind with a credit union is the fees stay in the community and YOU are a shareholder. YOU make the rules. These are a solid financial option for those leaving a bank. I'm leaving Wells - it's scary but it will work.

That won't work. What will work is to stop paying all credit cards or loans just for one month. If everyone makes one late payment... The banking system will collapse. Credit cards...mortgages...car loans.... Just one month is all it will take.
