Why were the Ridge-Spur trains bypassing on the outer (local tracks) instead of the inner (express tracks)? Good video though, there are aren't much of BSS videos of this quality.

@Great0ne1 Because there where certain stations being fix over and the workers had to used the express tracks for work trains.
