2. Creators said they were considering an anime, and Daiskue Isiwatari has always wanted to make a Guilty Gear anime.

3. Arc System works don't make a lot of money, they are a relatively small company, and their sales are no where near on the same scale as Capcom's.

Nah... If this was an anime first then made into a game, then it'd would of been much nicer effect but vice-versa is gonna be like "ehh" because watching fights in the anime is gonna annoy people who play the characters. Do you want to see your favorite character get beaten down by another character while you scream out that you would of won if you played as them? You'd then do the same talk of "Wow that was so dumb that (s)he got caught by that. I would of just blocked or jumped out the way."

But you have to admit that their combat would be different because it is fought in three dimensions.

Nu's Swords, Litchi's Staff, and Taokaka's aiming would not function the same and can become really inventive because they have that extra dimension. "Oh no, they're aiming at me" -sidestep-

3 Dimensions would of only made it worse. If you are able to dodge stuff in the game in just 2-D, how you gonna excuse the character getting hit for not simply side stepping? It's just a worse effect making a game first then doing the anime. If it was vice-versa, then we can say "oh well that's just the game, in the anime it would of been different." In the reverse role, it's like "Really? you got hit by that? No one even uses that move much in the game and you got hit by THAT?!" Bleh...

The intro scene where Ragna and Jin are duking it out is badass. That's all it needs to be; whether a fight in the anime uses moves that replicate bad/good moves in the game makes no god damn difference. You make no sense.

NOT FOR EVERY DAMN EPISODE YOU MORON. Replication of the moves is based upon the story and where it takes place and who's fighting who. If you want to see them fight all day then watch the intro and keep in on repeat. And yes it does make a difference the good/bad moves if you played the game first.

Well actually, I'm pretty sure that the game developers intended every move to be used and hit with one way or another. How it is implemented in the games and how effective they are is based on our excessive playing of the game- such as Dead Spike being more useful in this version.

Now, in terms of an Anime, there is no basis on who would overcome the other in a logical sense and what moves hit and what don't- it is simply for plot, writing, and to look cool. Besides, Deus Ex Machina.
