At least that's what it is in MvC2. It's Akumas Raging Demon Backwards. However unlike the Raging Demon this is insanely manly and doesn't have shit priority.

Except in SNK Vs Capcom Chaos, this attack leaves Dan with only 1 pixel of health which would give him the win. You do not lose health in SNK Vs Capcom Chaos

@GunnarDono Most suicide attack in fighting games (in the rare instances where they appear at all) leave you with one hit point. That way you don't get screwed with a double KO but if you don't finish the fight, you might as well give up anyway.
