Looks like a delicious turkey, but this gentleman's knife skills leave something to be desired. That bird was nothing short of hacked apart, and half the time he was cutting towards his left hand which makes me cringe.
The absolute worst part, however, is that he totally ignored the oysters. For someone who claims to like the dark meat, the oysters are the holy grail of the dark meat, and to draw from the French terminology for the tasty morsels, sot-l'y-laisse, this chef is a fool.
