I'm a huge fan a Buble but an even bigger fan of Sinatra. As much as I love this song and think Buble is a great singer, I think he did a horrible rendition of this song. Nobody can do this quite like Sinatra, being the genius he was but Buble does an fantastic job. And I love it when i see artists getting into the song enough to just move however they do. It's almost as if when he is singing this song, he is abit out of breath or something like that. He just sings it so...awkwardly. There is only one Sinatra. Some songs shouldn't be tried, this is definitely one of them. And in Michael's case, he better leave this song to the proffessionals who can sing it with a weathered, experienced voice of which Frank did.

@coneheads3 it doesnt matter how he sung he uses autotune cause he isnt as good as he and his fans think he is, i never said he was shit i think his a good singer at best here though he sounds like a mediocre karaoke singer, maybe you should research him using autotune and then you will find out that he does use it your just one of those ognorant fans of his who cant take the truth, he even admits it

Just because a singer sounds amazing doesn't mean he's on autotune.
You'd think singers of now would have a step ahead of older singers because of the development in music, but ever since autotune people think that EVERYONE uses it?

@Dennis450D you know i thought he used it because he sounds great at his concerts and very mediocre when he does these one off songs, but ive been to see him live since i made that comment, and he sounded very good live so i was wrong he does sound great live, but i still dont get why he sounds great at concert and ok on these special appearnaces

@dueds As far as I'm aware, the backing singers are a band - Naturally 7. And yes, they're amazing; try listening to their own stuff. But I've got to say, I'm still a huge fan of Bublé, whatever your opinion on his class. That's a killer voice. :D

He knows he's no Sinatra......don't hate. He is AMAZING!!!! I had the pleasure of seeing him live in concert in Houston, tx on March 1, 2008. He is a great entertainer n singer. LOVE, LOVE LOVE HIM!!!!!!

His voice is too high for most Sinatra stuff. The orchestration/arrangement is also very weird, and isn't conductive to the material.

@galenct the best part about michael buble is his arrangements of songs. It gives those songs a new feel while keeping it classic! If it weren't for Mr Buble and others is it keeps me listening to music cause the popular music is just AWFUL!!!

Some songs were meant to be sung by one singer. This song IS Sinatra. Michael Buble should leave this one alone.
He's a fine performer though, and I wish him the best. I hope he cuts an original tune that makes it onto a movie soundtrack that hits classic status. That seems to be the way to "own" a song these days...

@Harrybergenfield It shows that if you wanna criticise him, then you do better job. Obvious Sintara does it best, But Buble was doing his own arrangment. And i think with the gospel feel to it with the backing vocals made it better.

It's almost as if when he is singing this song, he is abit out of breath or something like that. He just sings it so...awkwardly. There is only one Sinatra. Some songs shouldn't be tried, this is definitely one of them. And in Michael's case, he better leave this song to the proffessionals who can sing it with a weathered, experienced voice of which Frank did.
Gotta give credit to those backign singers though!
