Got it. Hate it. The software is really slow, opens in mid windows when you have dual screen ( you can't set it). You can't save the backlit display in the software, nor the logo illumination. Everytime you start your compute, backlit with logo is on.

So you only can programm macro. The logo illumination is really annoying.

The fan is slow.

You have to save it before exiting, do that clicking apply 2 0r 3 times, then the ok or exit button, also 2 or 3 times until it closes then click on another profile, a mesage will come up, say yes, now press the 1 2 3 button ((topright)) ull notice a p1, p2, p3, p4, p5 on the screen, ((profile 1 2 3 4 5))) until ur wanted colour comes then stop pressing it...

I got the tech support to tell me it was hardware related and that it's not possible to do so.and what you say does not make it open correctly nor faster. so you're illogical, and probably virgin.
